Letters Our Customers Have Written Us
For decades the Strouss family has kept a binder of handwritten thank you letters and cards from the people they built for. The dated ones below run from 1997 to 2015, and they are transcribed exactly as written, spelling and all, because that is how a thank you should be kept. The snapshots alongside are some of the homes the family has built.

I can't begin to express how grateful I am for my new home.
To say you went above and beyond the call of Duty is certainly an understatement. You didn't just build a house for me, you built a "Home" for me.
You should take pride in the fact that you are a company that has a heart.
I will always be so thankful to you for my home and the many happy memories I know that I will have there.

Darryl & I would like to thank you all for the beautiful job you did on our house. Your workmanship and professionalism is applauded.
All of you were so nice to work with.
And Wanda, thanks for all of those times you kept Jamie occupied so we could meet with Dan, your a super lady.
We're sorry it took so long to get this card to you, but we do want you to know we're very proud of our home and the excellent job that you all did.

As Jim & I were sitting on our swing last even. we looked up at the roof and it dawned on us we never thanked you for replacing the tiles and never charging us.
We appreciate all the extras you have provided over the past 4 1/2 years.
We enjoy our "Strouss House."

After researching Construction Companies in the area, we chose Strouss Construction. Why? First, they are a family owned business who work as a united team and who consistantly were highly recommended. Second, time was an important factor to us. True to their word, they were here each day at exactly the same time and then put in a full days work. Third, the materials they use are of top Quality. We would tell them what we had in mind, then we would work together to achieve the finished product. We couldn't have been more pleased.
They are professional, very easy to work with, very neat, and you couldn't ask for a more respectful and considerate team to work with.
We have had a large addition and garage built by Strouss Construction in the past and was so happy with the results that when we recently had another project needing done, we called them. Again, highly satisfied, top notch job!
There is something else that stands out in Strouss Construction, they truly care about their customers. It shows in everything they do.
Would we recommend them to family and friends? ABSolutely.

Dear Dan, Wanda & crew,
It has been 7 wks. since the house has been finished & like I said I would start all over again tomorrow if I had to. I wish everyone could build their very first home when their 50 yrs. old. I enjoyed every nail that was pounded & every sweep of the paint brush. It was so much fun to come out everyday & see so much progress in such a short amount of time. The house is a real gift from above but what really is wonderful is the relationships that were developed during this time. When you have a Christ Centered business, you have Christ centered people. I was treated like a QUEEN!!!
What impressed me the most was the extra "100 miles" you go for people, not the 1-mile. Dan, you do give 110% of yourself & Wanda, you always keep a cool head when under pressure, what a gift.
Again, I thank you for my beautiful home & knowing that you'll be there for us if we need you.
