A typical build covers the lot and site review, floor plans and blueprints, well and septic coordination, the foundation and framing, and complete interior and exterior finishing, so one crew carries the house from the first drawing to the final walk through. You work directly with Dan Strouss and the fourth generation of the family the whole way, so the house you move into is the house you pictured. The quote is written to finished plans and goes in the contract before ground breaks, so there are no surprises on price.

Walk the land together

Quote and contract
The quote is written to the finished plans, so the number means something. It goes in the contract before ground breaks.
Foundation to framing
Site work, foundation pour, framing and rough-ins, with the family on the job while the bones of the house go together.
Finishes and walk through
Exterior finishing, interior trim, punch list, then we walk every room together before you move in.
